Home Impacted By Hurricane Harvey
Flood waters caused by Hurricane Harvey affected the home pictured here. The flood water was not as high as some of the other homes, so we only needed to remove the affected parts of the wall by way of flood cuts. The flood cut helped save the top half of the walls, in turn saving money and time with reconstruction.
Like all the homes affected, carpeting, sheet rock, and insulation was removed first, followed by the kitchen and bathrooms. The flooring seen in the photos did not need to be removed since the flooring was actually tile.
We pressure washed the studs and floors, then dried and treated with anti-microbial.
