We had a pipe burst in our home. SERVPRO came in and did a great job of not only cleaning up, but repacking, all of the items that were salvageable, to be repacked. We were in the process of moving and getting the house on the market when the pipe burst. Kaley Kozian and Annette Roberts of the Indiana, Pa., office have been a HUGE help. Their understanding, patience and guidance throughout the process have been above and beyond the norm. The company is very lucky to have them. Thank you Kaley and Annette for all of your patience. I would love to thank Jeff, Ben, and Chuck for all their efforts to settle this claim and putting everything back in place, plus. It was a difficult claim to handle because of the timing (many other claims at the same time, the time of year-winter) and trying to keep the insurance office running while the damage was being repaired. I would certainly recommend SERVPRO as a great company.

Keep hiring the quality of workers who worked at my house. Never once I needed help was it not immediately available with a smile. Jeff is an excellent manager; all who work for him respect his judgment and direction. No displeasure witnessed regardless of task assigned.

The team did an excellent job, wonderful customer/people skills they were very knowledgeable and thorough. I was a wreck, a basket case, terrified. Randy calmed, assured me and helped me through the process! Randy is a true professional, caring, compassionate man who helped tremendously during this very scary, difficult time for my family.
